We spent Easter with my parents this year. Wes still doesn't understand who the Easter Bunny is or what an egg hunt is... But we still had a great time together as a family. 
Not entirely sure what he was chatting about.....
Wes and his Spree Suns (Capri Suns) We always have to have one of those to drink.....Recently life has dealt our little family some trials (or major stress). But through it all we have had one carefree, worry free, happy little 2 year old boy to make us smile and to remember it will get better. 
I do believe spring has finally arrived in Utah. AND this little boy would live outside if it weren't were eating, naps and bath time....
Grandma & Grandpa bought us tickets to Disney on Ice! We made it a girls day (plus Wes). It was fun to see Wes's face light up when his favorite Disney characters came out on the ice. I broke down & bought him a $20.00 plastic (cheap mind you) Buzz Lightyear sword. He was ecstatic. We have to sleep with it.....
He waited the entire show to see BUZZ & FINALLY he came out! 
What a show!!! Yes Wes is passed out drinking his sprite.... Joe received tickets for NASCAR in Vegas from a Vendor. Joe & I made it a little weekend getaway just the two of us. It was fun. We missed WES terribly but we enjoyed ourselves. The weather was perfect and it was neat to experience NASCAR. I would say it has made us fans.....

Joe & I decided to take a last minute trip to VEGAS!!! It was Friday afternoon and we decided we needed to take a little last minute family trip to see Unc Jake (as Wes says). It was a BLAST!!! We hung out with Jake & Marla, took Wes swimming at Caesar's Palace, enjoyed the beautiful sunshine and had a really enjoyable weekend. It was very hard to leave the 90 degree weather for snow back home. Wes loved it, he got to play outside at 8:00 AM he asks me everyday if we can go see Unc Jake. It was a much needed mini vacation for all of us!
Wes loved the park by Jake & Marla's house.
